Right Hook
A play on the ‘right hand’ it felt only fitting to call this the right hook seeing as it ‘packs a punch’ of flavour.
Ingredients:
50ml Black Tot Historic Solera
20ml Martini Rosso
20ml Amaro di Angostura
Chilled Coupe Glass
Method
- Combine rum, vermouth and amaro in a mixing glass
If you don’t have one then any glass will do
- Stir for 20 seconds (or until diluted)
Tip: Taste regularly to know when it’s done
- Single strain into glass over a large ice cube
