Hot Honey Hiball
Ingredients:
30ml Honey Rum
25ml Gold Rum
3-5 slices of Red Chilli
Stratford Sodas Spiced
Hiball glass
Honey & Tajin for garnish
Method
- [optional] simple rim or paint honey up the side of glass then sprinkle tajin onto it
Pop a big chilli on the rim for special effect
Garnish to start, who’d have thought it! - Add both rums and chilli straight to your hiball glass
- Muddle together to get the chilli flavour
- Fill glass with crushed ice
- Top with Stratford Sodas Spiced
Churn the glass to make sure the flavours mix
