Ingredients:
40ml overproof rum
10ml Passionfruit Syrup
15ml Mango & Orange Juice
½ Fresh passionfruit
Stratford Sodas, Citrus
Time needed: 5 minutes
Method
- Combine rum, syrup, juice and passionfruit in a shaker with ice
If you don’t have one then any glass will do
- Hard shake for 15 seconds
The shaker should be cold to touch and frosted
- Double strain into Coupe glass
- Top with Stratford Sodas, Citrus
- [optional] garnish with the other half of passionfruit
